Tibetan Mandalas which are now usually depicted on Thangkas, originally also craved in stones, are there to heal the student or seeker and guide him onto the final realization of enlightenment.
Many more information about Mandalas you can find online yourself, here I particularly would like to write about the Bodyformations, or Mandalas, that are being used in Tibetan Pulsing.
"Monks meditate upon the mandala, imagining a three-dimensional palace." (1)
In Tibetan Pulsing it is not only that you look at it, but you are it.
Through Tibetan Pulsing Bodywork, S. Dheeraj has found a method to not only look at this Mandala, but actually become it. So it does not only serve the purification of mind, yet also created that Shambala, Shangri La, the paradise essence, here on earth.
What is the effect using the Mandalas in the Bodywork ?
We are creating a resonance field for cosmic energy, which is light, and manifest love, peace and unity within us, which then we can bring as a creative force into the world.
Dheeraj created a method, a possibility, that you can enter that Shambala, the place where you meet God, wherever you do a Tibetan Pulsing Session, and slowly you become that, not depending wherever you are.
A good example is the upcoming Thangka.
The following Thangka depicts the Deiti Avalokiteshvara. He is the Buddha of compassion.
He carries the lotus, as a depiction of having brought that enlightenment to the realm of the manifested world, the other hand hold the Mala for Meditation. In the center, two hands in front of his heart.
His thousand hands depict compassion which flows in all directions in order to liberate all sentiment beings from the grasp of Samsara.
If you look at the next picture, there you will see a Tibetan Pulsing Session.
In that session, S. Dheeraj replicated that Mandala, and created, with the use of sound and bodyformation that particular energy of that deity, which is related to one particular organ in the Tibetan Pulsing Circuit, in order to let that quality of compassion, deeply enter our body and heal.
It must have been a real blast ....
..... and bless.
To create the Body Mandalas we can not only use the Deities of Tibetan Tangkas but also forms of the Sacred Geometry or other holistic processes of life.
Chromosomal Chain
On side moving, the other side still.
Like the partialsation within the nuclear of the cell where the DNA is residing.
Bringing forth the Atman, which is our highest spiritual element, hidden within the DNA.
Kundalini Rise
From the base of the spine to the Third Eye,
clearing your nadies, psychic knots and energy centers.
4 Dimension Mandala
... and in the center the fifth Element which is your soul.
Please note:
I have not been studying Tibetan Culture, it rather comes from inner comprehension and guidance. If one feels there is not a full accordance to Tibetan Tangkha Art or Culture or History please do send me an email and i will be able to look if there is an adjustment necessary.
